What is Yak Attack?
Yak Attack is a 5v5 soccer tournament that has been hosted in Yakima, Washington since 2006!
Each yeah the tournament has a theme that can be followed with costumes and fun team names.
The games are high-speed (only 25 minutes) making for a fun, competitive environment.
If the players on your team are beginners, there's no need to worry! This weekend is about comming together as a community to have fun!
All proceeds go back into making Sozo Sports a better complex for everyone!

Can any age play?
This year, we have registration open for 1st grade and above. (Following USSA rules)
If your child is below 1st grade, but they are comfortable playing up, they may do so!

How much is it to register?
1st grade - HS:
$550 Regular Registration
$600 Late Registration
Adult:
$750 Regular Registration
$800 Late Registration

What do I need to register my team?
- Player card or club roster
- First and last names and DOB for all players
(Player cards are available for purchase here for those that don't have them)

What do I do after registering my team?
After registering, you must download the PlayMetrics App then add your players mannually to your team, including their jersey numbers and pictures.
Uploading your club roster does not complete this step.

How many players are allowed per team?
No more than 10.

What is a player card?
A player card is used to verify the age of all participants, to ensure that they are included on the team roster and have signed a liability release for play.

Can individuals sign up?
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow individual sign-ups.

RV Parking Questions
You may purchase RV Parking passes here
Check in: Friday, 4-8 PM
Check out: Sunday 5 PM
1 parking pass is available for trailer tow vehicles.
Pass pickup:
- Thursday/Friday during packet pickup times
- Saturday: 6 AM - 8 AM

Parking Booklets are allowed. Two Parking passes will cover 1 day of parking.

What can I bring into Sozo for day use?
Set-up opens Friday, 5/16 @ 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Max of four 10x10 tents per team – tents must touch each other.
No ropes, caution tape, or sectioning off areas. It will be removed!
Propane BBQs only (no charcoal or other grills).
Sozo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. *Please ensure your tents are secured so they do not blow away in the wind.*

What if I want to complain about a call a referee made?
All referee decisions are final. If a team wishes to formally contest a call, a $100 review fee per call will apply.

What if I lose my wristband or take it off?
Wristbands must be worn on the wrist and remain visible during all games. Any player who removes, alters, or tampers with their wristband will be disqualified for the rest of the tournament.
If a wristband is lost or broken, only a player who has already been checked in and verified may receive a replacement. Replacement wristbands cost $50.
High School and Adult players must bring a valid photo ID (Driver’s License, ASB card, or Skyward with photo) to the field and show it if asked to confirm eligibility.
